Our Story

Our story began when we first started dreaming of opening a restaurant that would bring comforting, delicious food with the flavors and culture of Argentina to the Lawrence community. After years of planning and preparation, we officially opened our doors in 2022 with a vision of creating a restaurant that offers unique culinary experiences with a variety of flavors that everyone can enjoy.

From the beginning, we have been committed to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes, from our classic empanadas to our signature steak and seafood dishes. Our team, led by Executive Chef/Owner Facundo, who has always had a passion for food and hospitality. With a focus on bold flavors and traditional techniques with a unique Argentinean twist, he has curated a menu that features a variety of options for all tastes and preferences.
